Partiful uses Stripe to process payments and pay out hosts, a secure payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. You'll need to connect to your Stripe account or set one up before guests can purchase tickets.
Connecting to Stripe from your event:
Go to Event Settings → Cost Per Person → Sell Tickets
Click Get Started. You'll be taken to Stripe to either connect an existing account, or go through their onboarding flow (generally 2–3 minutes)
Once completed, Stripe will verify your identity. This usually takes just a few minutes, but can sometimes take up to a couple days. If this is your first time setting up a Stripe account, you won't be able to accept payments until verification is complete.

Once you've been verified, you'll be able to add tickets!
Connecting to Stripe from your profile:
You can also connect to Stripe via your profile settings. To do this, click the profile photo in the top right hand corner of your screen → click Profile Settings → Payouts → Get Started. Once connected, you’ll be able to see total earnings, your connected Stripe account, and all your ticketed events.
