There are two ways to invite guests on Partiful:
Share the event link. You can invite an unlimited number of guests by sharing the link directly (via text, email, socials, etc.)
Send invites through Partiful. You can invite up to 1,000 guests per event directly on Partiful. These invites are sent to guestsâ Partiful accounts, and youâll be able to track them in the Invited tab of your Guest List.
For invites sent through Partiful:
Most of your invites will probably go to past guests (guests who have attended your events before).
If youâre inviting brand new guests, there are a few specific limits to be aware of:
Mutuals you haven't hosted before: up to 50 per event, or 150 if this is your first event on Partiful. Mutuals are people youâve attended a party with before. Once someone attends an event youâre hosting, they count as a past guest and the mutuals limit no longer applies to them.
Phone contacts: up to 200 per event.
Email invites: up to 500 per event.
If youâre an Organization, your followers donât count toward your invite limit. You can invite all of them on top of your 1,000 guests.
As a reminder, sending someone the event link outside of Partiful (for example, via social media, your own email list, or text) doesnât count toward the invite limit.
