On your Event Settings, open the RSVPs tab. Within this tab, you'll be able to:
Turn on Guest Approval - this feature requires your guests to request to "Get on the list" for the event. Only guests you approve will have access to the event.
Turn RSVPs on or off
Set an event maximum capacity and set up a waitlist
Limit the number of +1s your guests can bring
Allow your guests to invite their mutuals (aka people they've partied with before!)
How do I prevent people I didnât invite from RSVPing to my event?
To prevent unwanted people from RSVPing, first make sure your event is set to Private. All events on Partiful are set to Private by default, meaning guests need to be directly invited or have the event link to RSVP, and they arenât searchable online.If your event is already Private and youâd like to implement even more controls, you can toggle off Allow Guests to Invite Mutuals or turn on Guest Approval.
