All ticket sales are final. Per Partiful's Ticket Purchaser Terms, tickets are non-refundable except in the following cases:
The event is canceled — all ticket holders are automatically refunded in full, including the service fee and any taxes collected. All you need to do is officially cancel the event, and we'll handle the rest.
The event listing states a different refund policy — the policy shown to guests at checkout applies, and the host is responsible for administering that policy.
Applicable law requires a refund.
