Yes! On your event page, tap “Edit” to go to edit mode, and then tap “Settings” and go to the “Display + Privacy” tab. You'll see an option to “Show Guest List” and “Show Guest Count” (aka "# Going") on your party page, which you can switch off. You can change this at any time.
