How do I report a nonconsensual image or deepfake?

Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, you or someone authorized to act for you may ask Partiful to remove an intimate photo or video of you that was published without your consent. This includes AI-generated or digitally altered intimate images.

To submit a request:

  1. In the app, navigate to the image you are reporting. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the image and choose “Report.” If you're on web, these three dots will appear in the lower-right corner. This will pull up an email for you to provide the details of your report.

  2. Select “Nonconsensual intimate image.”

  3. Complete the report by providing the following details:

    • A link, event name, image identifier, or other information that allows us to locate the content;

    • A brief statement explaining your good-faith belief that the content was published without your consent;

    • Contact information where we can reach you; and

    • Your physical or electronic signature

  4. Submit the request. If you do not have a Partiful account or cannot access the reporting feature, submit your request at [email protected].

After receiving a valid request, Partiful will remove the reported content as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours. We will also make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies.
