You may have unsubscribed from Partiful texts. Note that if you have the Partiful app, you will only receive push notifications for party invites - not SMS texts.
First:
- Ensure that your phone can receive SMS messages.
- If you’re not receiving authentication codes, text START to +1 844-946-0698 to start receiving texts again.
- If you’re not receiving other text notifications (party invites, text blasts, etc.), text START to 39781.
If texting START to the above numbers doesn't work:
- Check if +1 844-946-0698 and 39781 are in your blocked contacts.
- To view your blocked contacts on iPhone, follow these directions.
- To view your blocked contacts on Android, follow these directions.
If you're not in the US:
- Check your WhatsApp account for the verification code.
Opt to receive your verification code via WhatsApp instead of SMS:
- On the login screen, you may see an option to send your verification code via WhatsApp instead of SMS if you can't receive SMS messages at the moment.
- You can opt for this option, go through the login process again, and check your WhatsApp account for the verification code.
Another option is to opt into our verified iMessage service. If you have an iPhone, you can visit This Link and follow the instructions to opt into our verified messaging service. By opting in, you'll receive Partiful texts via iMessage from our verified business account instead of SMS. This helps ensure that you wont miss any texts!
If you're missing texts because you were opted into our verified iMessage service and you switched to an Android, follow these steps:
- Text STOP to the verified messaging service
- Request a verification code upon login at partiful.com/login
- If you didn't receive a code, wait 30 seconds and press "Retry" to choose your new method of receiving verification codes
