Do you independently verify that guests have paid?

For Chip In, we can't verify payments since money goes through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal directly — we do ask guests to explicitly confirm that they've paid you. This feature is designed to help you collect money from people you personally know and trust.

For ticketed events (early access), payments are processed directly through Partiful, so you'll always know who has a valid ticket.
