When creating or editing a ticket type, here's what each field does:
Ticket name: Required for more than one ticket. Max 50 characters.
What you get: The amount you receive per ticket. If you enter this first, "What guests pay" calculates automatically based on our service fee.
What guests pay: The price guests see at checkout, auto-calculated from your payout plus our service fee. Tickets must be at least $1.01 for paid tickets, or $0.00 for free tickets. You can also edit this field directly and it will back-calculate your payout.
Total available: The max number of tickets that can be sold for this type. Leave it blank for unlimited tickets. Once the limit is hit, the ticket shows as sold out. You can increase this anytime, but you can't reduce it below the number already sold.
Max per person: How many of this ticket type a single guest can buy. Note: by default, guests can purchase up to 10 tickets for any given event.
Description (optional): Shown to guests below the ticket name during checkout (e.g. "Includes one drink ticket"). Max 150 characters.
Enable ticket toggle: Controls whether guests can see and purchase this ticket type. Disabled tickets are hidden from guests, but remain in your dashboard. You can create a ticket in a disabled state from the start.
