Each ticket type has an Enable ticket toggle at the bottom of its edit modal. Disabled tickets are hidden from guests entirely but stay in your dashboard and can be re-enabled anytime.
To disable a ticket: from your event page, navigate to Event Settings → Cost Per Person → select the ticket → toggle Enable ticket off → Save.
To enable: Same steps, but toggle on.
Note:
- You can create a ticket with the toggle off from the start. This is useful for setting up a hidden or Early Bird tier before sales open.
- Once a ticket type has sales, you can disable it (existing buyers will keep their tickets), but you can't delete it.
- Disabled ticket types will still appear in your host dashboard
