We believe in fully transparent, all-inclusive pricing. The price a guest sees on your event page is the final price they'll pay, before tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. No hidden fees. Free tickets have no fees for anyone.
When creating a ticket, you'll see two fields:
- What you get — Your payout: the amount you'll earn from each ticket sold.
- What guests pay — The price guests see on your event page. It includes your payout plus Partiful's service fee.
Just enter What you get, and we'll automatically calculate What guests pay for you. You can enter either field and the other updates automatically. This way, you can easily adjust what you’ll be earning, and your guests will be paying.
Example: Set What you get to $10 → What guests pay = $12. Guests will see $12 listed on your event page, and you’ll receive $10 per ticket sold.
At checkout, guests will see the full breakdown of Subtotal, Fees, Taxes (if applicable), and Total as separate line items.
Note:
- Per our Ticket Seller Terms, service fees are non-refundable.
- The amounts shown next to ticket names in your Event Settings are your payout amounts (What you get) — not what guests pay
