We believe in fully transparent, all-inclusive pricing, with no hidden fees. The price a guest sees on your event page is the final price they'll pay (before tax). Ticketing fees depend on your event size and ticket price. Hosts will always be able to see the fees when they are configuring their event, and can choose to incur the fees themselves or pass on to guests. Free tickets have no fees for anyone.
The service fee helps Partiful cover the cost of transaction fees associated with the tickets, as well as the labor cost of the Partiful team who keep the platform up & running and provide best-in-class user support to ensure you & your guests can seamlessly buy and sell tickets.
When creating a ticket, you'll see two fields:
- You receive — Your payout: the amount you'll earn from each ticket sold.
- Ticket price — The price guests see on your event page. It includes your payout plus Partiful's service fee.
Just enter You receive, and we'll automatically calculate Ticket price for you. You can enter either field and the other updates automatically. This way, you can easily adjust what you’ll be earning, and your guests will be paying.
Example: Set Ticket price to $112 → You receive = $100. Guests will see $112 listed on your event page, and you’ll receive $100 per ticket sold.

At checkout, guests will see the full breakdown of Subtotal, Fees, Taxes (if applicable), and Total as separate line items.
