All ticket sales are final. Per Partiful's Ticket Purchaser Terms, tickets are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- The event is canceled — all ticket holders are automatically refunded in full, including the service fee and any taxes collected. You don't need to do anything.
- The event listing states a different refund policy — the policy shown to guests at checkout applies, and the host is responsible for administering that policy.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
There are currently no individual refunds through the product - hosts cannot issue individual refunds from their dashboard. For exceptional circumstances, reach out to support@partiful.com.
Note:
- If your event is canceled, guests are automatically refunded in full — including Partiful's service fee. Per the Ticket Seller Terms, you are responsible for those service fees, which will be deducted from your future payouts.
