All ticket sales are final. Per Partiful's Ticket Purchaser Terms, tickets are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- The event is canceled — all ticket holders are automatically refunded in full, including the service fee and any taxes collected. You don't need to do anything. Per the Ticket Seller Terms, you are responsible for those service fees, which will be deducted from your future payouts.
- The event listing states a different refund policy — the policy shown to guests at checkout applies, and the host is responsible for administering that policy.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
There are currently no individual refunds through the product - hosts cannot issue individual refunds from their dashboard. Please reach out to ticketing@partiful.com with any questions.
