When a host cancels a ticketed event, all ticket holders are refunded in full. Here's what to expect:
You'll receive a text: "[Event Name] has been canceled by the host. You will be refunded"
A separate refund confirmation text is sent when the refund is processed
Funds return to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
You don't need to do anything. If you don't receive a refund within a week of the cancellation, contact support@partiful.com.
