Hosts configure ticket prices for their specific events, and can choose to incur the fees themselves or pass on to guests. Free tickets have no fees for anyone.
The service fee helps Partiful cover the cost of transaction fees associated with the tickets, as well as the labor cost of the Partiful team who keep the platform up & running and provide best-in-class user support to ensure you can seamlessly buy tickets.
When purchasing a ticket, you'll see the following info at checkout - a full breakdown of Subtotal, Fees, Taxes (if applicable), and Total as separate line items:
