When you're selling tickets on Partiful, you have the option to create promo codes, offering guests percentage discounts or specific dollar amounts off.
To set up a promo code, head to your Event Settings and open the Cost per Person tab.
Once you've created at least one ticket type, a Promo Codes section will appear below your ticket list. Tap Add code to get started:
First things first, give your code a name. The code name is what guests will type at checkout, so keep it simple. Letters and numbers only, no symbols or spaces, between 3 and 30 characters. Codes are not case-sensitive, so SUMMER25 and summer25 are treated as the same code.
You can offer either a percentage discount or a flat dollar amount off. For percentages, enter a whole number between 1 and 100.
Note: Discounts apply to the base ticket price only — fees and taxes are calculated after.
If you want to controls the total number of times the code can be redeemed across all guests, enter a limit in the Total Uses Available field. Leave it blank for unlimited use.
By default, a new promo code applies to all ticket types, but you have the option to restrict your code to specific ticket types.
Need to deactivate a promo code? Every promo code has an enable/disable toggle that defaults to enabled. You can turn a code off at any time to stop guests from using it!
