When you're hosting a ticketed event on Partiful, you can easily grant event access to bouncers and staff for check-in only, without making them full co-hosts.
To add a bouncer or door person to your event, toggle the "Add Check-in Staff Via Link" option in your Event Settings. This generates a shareable link you can send to your whole door team.
Check-in staff can claim their link on web. Once claimed, they're set up to manage the door!
Like co-host invites, one link works for multiple people, so you don't need to send individual invitations.
Bouncers have access to the guest list and ticket scanning, but they won't see full event details like the exact location address, and they're not added to the guest list or activity feed.
As a reminder, QR code ticket scanning is app-only. Make sure your check-in staff have the Partiful app downloaded before the event.
