For ticketed events, hosts can process refunds for guests at their discretion.
Just head to the Guest List and click directly on the guest you'd like to refund, and you'll see the refund button under the Payout details:
Click Refund, and you'll be prompted to select the exact ticket(s) to refund. If the guest purchased multiple tickets, you'll have the option to refund one or multiple.
Confirm by hitting Refund and remove:
Once you refund the guest, their ticket will be voided, and will no longer appear on the event. If all tickets in the guest's order are refunded, the guest will be removed from the Guest List.
Please note:
- Refund capabilities are only available on the web version of Partiful
- Guests will be refunded for the ticket price and taxes paid
