Each guest who purchases a ticket receives a unique QR code tied to their order. At check in, you or any cohost can scan their QR code using the Partiful app. The scan validates their ticket in real time and marks them as checked in.
QR code check-in for ticketed events requires the host to use the Partiful app. You can also check guests in manually by navigating to the Guest List, which works on both app and web.
To use the QR code check-in,
- Open your event in the Partiful app
- Tap the Guest List
- Tap Check In on the bottom of your screen. Alternatively, tap the settings icon on the top right of your app → tap Scan tickets
- Point your camera at a guest's QR code → tap Check In
