If you’ve already created tickets, navigate to Event Settings → Cost Per Person → click the ticket type you’d like to disable → click the three dots in the top right corner → click Disable ticket
Note:
- Disabling a ticket type does not automatically refund guests who have already purchased. This just prevents future guests from seeing this ticket as an option.
- Your payout status for tickets already sold won't be affected.
- You can fully delete a ticket type if no tickets have been sold yet. However, once you've sold a ticket from that ticket type, you are only able to disable it, not delete it.
- If the event has been cancelled, follow the steps to cancel your event. A refund will then be automatically issues to all of your guests, subject to our terms.
