If you’ve already sold tickets, you can disable the ticket type by navigating to Event Settings → Cost Per Person → click the ticket type you’d like to disable → click the pencil icon to edit → toggle off Enable ticket.
If you’ve haven't already sold a certain ticket type, you can fully delete it by navigating to Event Settings → Cost Per Person → click the three dots on the upper right hand corner → click Delete ticket.
A few notes:
- Disabling a ticket type does not automatically refund guests who have already purchased. Disabling a ticket simply prevents future guests from seeing this ticket as an option.
- If you would like to issue a refund, follow the steps here.
- Your payout status for tickets already sold won't be affected.
- If the entire event has been cancelled, follow the steps to cancel your event. A refund will then be automatically issues to all of your guests, subject to our terms.
- If you need to fully remove ticketing from your event and tickets have already been sold, you can duplicate your event page and remove the ticket types on the new event. Once you've done this, you'll be able to collect regular RSVPs.
